Zwei Gesichter
Das Erdgeschoss ist modern und wurde vor ein paar Jahren renoviert. Die Schlafzimmer, welche sich im erste stock befinden haben vor gefühlt 30 Jahren das letztemal neue Farbe gesehen. Um den Standard, wie im Ergeschoss zu erreichen, muss da mal was gemacht werden. Jetzt noch zum Negativen. Beim Einchecken - und Auschecken musste der Hausmeister die Zählerstände von Strom- und Gaszähler erfassen. Was ich schonmal echt rückständig finde. Das Benehmen des Hausmeisterehepaars war unmöglich, diese benahmen sich als wären sie die Gäste, es wurde sich einfach hingesetzt als wäre es eine Selbstverständlichkeit in unsere Privatsphäre einzudringen. Wir wurde befragt, was man den hier so vor hat. Wir kamen uns vor, als würde wir unter Generalverdacht gestellt. Für den Strom wurden dann 0,56ct/kw/h berechnet und für Gas 4 € / qubikmeter. Also entweder eine Pauschale verlangen oder digtale Zähler einbauen. Man musste alles in bar vor Ort zahlen. Fazit: Das Haus ist in Ordnung. Orga ind Hausmeisterservice mangelhaft.

Sehr schönes und kinderfreundliches Ferienhaus
Ein wirklich schönes und kinderfreundliches Ferienhaus inkl. Garten. Spielzeuge (u. a. Kinderküche, Holzeisenbahn) sind vorhanden. Für die Erwachsenen gibt es Tischfußball, Dartscheibe und sogar eine Arcard-Maschine. Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Kommunikation mit der vor Ort zuständige Personal lief super :-)

Große Ferienhaussiedlung
positiv: Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, für die Terasse steht auch auch ein Grill zur Verfügung, Platz für sechs Personen ausreichend, wir hatten direkt den Wald vor unserer Terasse, genügend Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn negativ: laute Nachbarschaft, Musik den ganzen Tag, zu Fuß ist wenig zu erreichen

Wunderschönes Haus herrlich am Wald gelegen
War alles sehr schön, wie im Angebot dargestellt. Das Naherholungsangebot rund um den See ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen , aber herrliche Spaziergänge gl vom Haus aus möglich.
