Lauren, night manager, provided outstanding assistance Lauren's kindness, expertise and willingness to go the extra mile ensured an enjoyable stay after an extremely challenging day. He was able to refrigerate my dad’s medication after we discovered that the fridge in the room had not been switched on. He was able to cancel the double booking I’d inadvertently made due to a glitch in the app. He even offered us some sandwiches, juice and yoghurt as we weren’t able to take advantage of the included breakfast due to our early departure."
