Aufenthalt kam niemals zustande, Geld weg
Die Wohnung wurde als "verfügbar" für den Buchungszeitraum auf Fewo-Direkt angezeigt. Wir haben also gebucht und auch direkt gezahlt über Paypal. Dann schrieb die Gastgeberin die Wohnung sei zu diesem Zeitraum bereits belegt. Das Geld ist weg. Wurde abgebucht. Von Fewodirekt keine Reaktion. Wie kann es sein, dass eine Wohnung zur Buchung angezeigt wird, die nicht mehr frei ist. Und warum bekommen wir unser Geld nicht zurück?!
