"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

"Building looks great and all. Location is very undesirable. Many seedy characters loitering about smoking at all hours of the day. There is no extra lock inside room. Nothing expect your key card! I asked person at desk (who leaves at 10pm) how does one lock from inside? She responded it’s a modern hotel no extra lock needed. Needless to say any master key card can open any door.
