"We thought it was great, so clean, convenient to all our excursions, and fully stocked. It was obvious prior guests and the owners took care in all the food goods, seasonings, even pancake mix. "What a wonderful gem for a weekend at the lake! Plenty of room for our family with teenagers. Full size appliances allowed us to cook there and we used the outdoor grill also. We loved the area, however none of the restaurants in kirby were open normal hours when we were there and there were no grocery stores there so we would have to drive to the town a half hour away to eat.
