"Der Pool war super, der Garten war verdreckt, überall lagen Zigarettenstümmel, die Tische im Garten waren verdreckt und standen in der Ecke. Der Sonnenschirm war nicht sicher, fiel von alleine um und hat zum Glück nicht meinen Mann erwischt der daneben gesessen hat. Die villa war insgesamt recht sauber, jedoch waren die böden nicht richtig gewischt wurden, denn man sah noch überall Fußsbdrücke. Es gab ein Bügeleisen jedoch kein Bügelbrett. Kein Haartrockner. "Window screens or AC in the first floor is a must. Both were missing hence we had a difficult time with mosquitoes. Otherwise, as a family we had really good time. We loved being close to shopping in walking distance. The management was quite responsive whenever we needed help with showers, wifi or door keys. Hand and foot towels would be a plus. "

"People who runs this Hotel are super helpful and super nice people , they are trying their absolute best with what they have, A small local business. I had checked out of 5 star hotel to get here! I received better service , care and cleanliness here than a 5 star hotel accros town, we were happy to complete our Kusadasi stay at silver, A spacious unit they have. Thank you silver Hotel keep up the good work. "

"We like to travel and have experienced every level of hotel quality. This is a mid-level property and turned out to be just what we wanted. We were very happy with the location and the staff were fantastic. Ocean view for every room and very reasonable price. Having an elevator to get up and down from the waterfront level makes it very easy and there are some really good restaurants just a few minutes away. We would go back in a heartbeat. "

"La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente. Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos."
