"This property is not serious. I had a long flight and when I arrived to the property late at night almost 2am they told me they had no more rooms Available. I had to go somewhere else and hunt for a room. Not only that they never gave me back my refund I had to wait almost a month after long disputes with them and Expedia in order to get my money back. If your a person or family coming from long distance I highly recommend you staying somewhere else not here. The owner is not serious "

We decided it was near airport as stated, but in a shanty town that was with even driving 10 minutes off the main road. There were no restaurants near, if we went out, we would have had to have an escort. The young woman in charge looked at us as if we were strange due to the fact, after seeing the location, we backed out of staying in the motel. "When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."
