"I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel where literally every member of staff is so polite and sweet. From the security at the entrance to the reception to the breakfast to the room service staff, nothing ever is too much for them. The service has been very fast and extremely courteous. "The Duty mgr Chander and Desk staff Parvinder were attentive, courteous and helpful. A small glitch in a prearranged airport trf with the hotel led to apologies that were easily accepted. The dining staff was equally attentive and courteous. Breakfast was a nice start to the day and Sanjana was helpful in presenting a nice morning brewed coffee with a smile. The chef Balram came out to check on the buffet and noticed a need for more Masala Kolcha and quickly presented me with a freshly prepared one to sop up the delicious Bhaji. The staff was great all around. The hotel has a lovely lobby with a sense of spaciousness due to the expansive ceilings. The room I was given was also spacious and well appointed. It was clean and comfortable. 10/10"
