"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"Best apartment in the area! Stunning views surrounded by amazing waterfalls, breathtaking mountains and gorgeous goats. Apartment was very spacious, clean, had some thoughtful touches and had all the things you need. It looks better when you are there. Host was attentive, friendly and very helpful. We had a slight issue with the key safe but it was resolved in speedy time. Definitely would recommend. 5* slight"

"This apartment is in an excellent location if you like to be just off the main street of activity. Rivers and mountains all around. Para gliders overhead. Easy access to the shopping and restaurants. Tourist office and small grocery store just down the quaint little street. Inside the apartment it is very comfortable. "Don't be daunted with the fact that there isnt a grocery store or ATM in Gimmelwald! There are 2 bars across the street with pizza and drinks. A quick cable car to Murren for a Food Co-op or cable and bus to Lauterbrunnen for another Co-op which both have all you need is easy!The views, the peaceful quiet is amazing! All one hears are the bells of goats/cows. Love Love this place! comfortabnle, and very clean! Very attentive, manager onsite when we arrived! Highly recommend! "

"We went to Jungfraojoch for the day and stayed overnight. The apartment was clean with good amenities. Also the benefit of a store downstairs and plenty of things within walking distance. Check in was easy and the underground parking secure. Guy was very helpful in communication with all our needs."

"Great property for accessing all the activities we wanted to do - walking, hiking, cable cars, riding, free buses stop outside. Local restaurants and bars are very good. Easy walk form Montana to Crans. Spectacular scenic view from the balcony. useful information given by the host, re arrival and check in information. Also info on The Explorer Card available to visitors - great for the cable cars. Hope we can visit again! "

"Wonderful property. The building is over 200 years old but completely remodeled with all the modern amenities you would need. We traveled with my family (2 adults + 2 kids) and my parents. The location was easily accessible to transportation and walkable to the main city park. Very clean and well stocked which is always appreciated. The one downside was the hot tub was broken but that is no one’s fault and we still enjoyed the sauna. The owners were especially kind. Would stay here again if ever...

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."
