"The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "

"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

"We stayed in the guesthouse, which is separate from the bar / restaurant so it was very quiet. Love the regular old fashioned room key! Delicious dinner but no one spoke any English so we guessed at menu items. "

"We had a great stay for our trip to Sieben Welten! The staff were super friendly, the room was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing! The room was really spacious, updated, very clean, fresh, and so much great storage and features. The breakfast was delicious! A lot of choices, fresh food, and a lovely cozy dining experience. Parking was luckily pretty easy for us because it didn’t seem very busy, but I’m sure it can be super tight and difficult if there are a lot of guests. A quick drive...

"Super engagierte und sehr nette und fröhliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, welche gleichzeitig auch beim Frühstücksbuffet half. Besagtes Frühstück war total klasse: verschiedene Müslicerealien, Fisch, Aufschnitt, kleine Flaschen mit Saft... Auf Wunsch gab es frisch gemachtes Rührei. Einziges Manko wäre wahrscheinlich im Sommer ein Zimmer raus zur Gasse zu haben. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Bar und der Lärmpegel ist bei geöffneten Fenster dann ziemlich hoch.
