Park your bags inside the enclosed porch until you have the chance to explore and choose your bedroom in this charmingly restored mid-century cape cod country home.
Open the wood and plate-glass door into the large kitchen and connected dining room. You will appreciate the counter space and island for generous food prep space. The original pine floors radiate a cheerful ambiance.
Gather around the regal dining room table to reconnect with each other during meals.
Unwind in the expansive open living room with large windows flooding the whole area with natural sunshine, highlighting the fascinating natural patterns in original walnut hardwood flooring.
The walnut flooring extends into the first floor bedroom w/ a queen bed and attached half bath.
Take the wide, open stairway into the second floor where you will find two spacious bedrooms and a full bath with a tub and shower.
Bedroom 1 features a King bed, a closet as well as a bistro table with two chairs.
A desk and dresser/vanity provide plenty of surface area for your personal effects or laptop.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa-bed, a closet, a few chairs and a dresser.
Both upstairs bedrooms sport their own TV.
You will be the sole occupants of the house as well as the shaded lawn.

If you book a stay in Sept. when the grapes are ripe you may be able to enjoy some of what we think are the best Concord grapes we ever tasted. The pics of them in the listing were from last years crop. Just spectacular for a possibly 50 yr. old grape vine!
