"Although staff doesn't speak English, they are helpful, google translate is good. The hotel is a bit out of the way, there is a 7 11 closed by. The room is nice and big and very quiet. I booked a private bath and it is perfect. For the price i have no issue."

"This is a wonderful apartment/hotel. Very clean and new. Comfortable beds. Large space. Easy parking. The outdoor spa tub is amazing. You need a car to stay here. It’s near some attractions, but well outside Nikko."

"The place was super clean and comfortable. Close to the Kinugawa Onsen Station. However it’s a bit far if your main interest is to go see the shrines in Nikko. No convenience stores nearby.
