I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. "On my arrival, I did not found the reception; contacted few people and someone received me in his room and claimed that he is the receptionist. It was in the afternoon but the place was so dark and without electricity. They took me to the bedroom but I could not stand it. Straightaway I told the receptionist to cancel the stay. I have to found another hotel to stay in the last minute. This is the worst experience I ever been. This is worst and deceiving, I do not know how the can put this hotel in Hotels.com "
