They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. There had been no communication previously and I had to phone Vrbo to find out what was going on. I was given another property in central Nottingham which was quite frankly appalling. I was not given in advance the code or instructions to remove the parking bollard so had to pay in a car park 10 min walk away. Eventually got a call from the host with the code and...
