Very comfortable certified fishing house (up to 18 kg fish) "Svortevik", 2 storeys, built in 2020. 35 km from the centre of Naustdal, 45 km from the centre of Førde, in a secluded, sunny position, 5 m from the sea, 5 m from the fijord, direct access to the beach. Private: property with lawn. Bathing jetty, bathing place, fish-processing table. Motor boat (on order), parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 7 km, supermarket 32 km, bus stop "Svortevik" 100 m, ferry "Bergen" 220 km. Fishing possibilities 5 m. Table for fish gutting with running water available.
"Svortevik", 5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, very tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin, hydro massage bath. Upper floor: open living room. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Forced-air heating, underfloor heating. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (6). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). einfach Klasse
Das Haus ist super. Als wir reinkamen dachten wir in einem Musterhaus zu sein, alles drin und sehr durchdacht (extra Eingang gefliest und mit Handtuchtrockner wenn man nasse Sachen oder Angeln hat). Die Vermieter sind super nett und erkundigten sich, wenn man sich durch Zufall traf, ob alles i.O. ist. Sie wohnen um die Ecke aber man kann sein eigenes Ding machen. Wir versuchen nächstes Jahr wieder hinzufahren. Wie bereits gesagt - alles Bestens.

Das Ferienhaus ist Top. Es fehlte an nichts! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Boot ist einwandfrei und das Angelrevier ist ein Traum für Angler. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Škoda, že se nedá ohodnotit termínem fantastické. Fantastické totiž bylo úplně vše.Fantastický byl i pan domácí. Cokoliv chybělo, do 10 minut pan domácí přijel a vše vyřešil. Super lod, prostě super všechno. Určitě se tam ještě podíváme. Jen se obávám, že už se tam pře obsazenost nedostaneme.

Perfekt…
Super nette Vermieter, echt tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht, super Boot und zum perfekten Urlaub auch noch perfektes Wetter. Die Lage ist recht weit Entfernt zu einer größeren Stadt, aber für uns nicht so wichtig. Fisch gab es auch zum angeln, Vermieter ist auch gemeldet, so dass man 18kg mit ausführen kann. Fazit… PERFEKT

Herrlicher Meerblick
Modernes Haus mit Technik auf dem Stand der Zeit. Großer Flatscreen-TV, W-LAN, Induktionskochfeld, allerhand Küchengerätschaft, Wanne mit Whirlpool usw. Wenn auch Betten für 5 Personen vorhanden sind, finde ich jedoch dass maximal 4 Personen komfortabel wohnen können. Ausrichtung von Balkon und Terrasse nach SSW, dadurch viel Licht und Sonne im Haus - wenn sie denn scheint. Toller Blick auf den Fjord. Gepflegte Außenanlagen. Sehr nette Vermieter, stets erreichbar.

Fantastisch
In diesem Haus mangelt es wirklich an gar nichts. Top sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wirklich alles vorhanden , sogar das Dusch - und Haarshampoo war vorhanden. Alles an Kuechengeraete war vorhanden . Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem uebertroffen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter....alles in allen einfach nur fantastisch.
