Best option in Kingsville. Rooms have everything you need, including a kitchenette. Bedding is great. Staff is outstanding. Some furnishings are worn, but all are serviceable. Tub could use a steam and scrub, but not “dirty”. A/C keeps up and isn’t stinky!

I have stayed here many times. I would have sworn I asked for suites like I always get. I was not given a suite in either room I booked. I book this place because it has a bar. The Hampton is much cheaper. My party was told it opened ay 5 by the sign on the bar. It did not. Then a lady said it opened at 7:00. It did not, We left and came back and it was still not open and there was no one at the dsk or at the bar. Im not happy.

The staff very friendly helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The up front handicap parking if you are facing the building on the right is gated off from the front door. You are unable to go through the gate. Therefore if you are handicapped you have to walk around the fence to get to the front door. Otherwise it was a great stay

The breakfast items were very sub par ... The oatmeal and waffle mix was never replaced and was done by 9 o'clock. The cereal was out. He kept having to ask for extra plates because there was unavailable. They never came to pick up our laundry so we had towels everywhere and never offered to make the bed or take out the trash, we stay at town place often tournaments, and multiple cities and different states and this one just didn't hit all the marks

The front desk was understaffed and no one was there at times. Our room had only 1 towel in the bathroom, old used soap bar in the shower and no shampoo. The dishwasher had gunk in the bottom and the wall thermostat did nothing so cold air blew all night.

Sink leaked water all over floor i was given Towels to clean and prop underneath dishwasher and told we could not be moved to another room. Sink was unusable. Shower splattered water all over floor while showering. Used more towels to avoid falling. Had my 90 yr old mother and room was extremely small. Once sofa bed opened their was no room to walk in room.
