"The front desk service was great, but the bar table service was nonexistent - we had to repeatedly go to the bar to place all of our orders and no one ever came to our table to provide service, even though we were there for a couple of hours. Then they tagged 20% onto our bill for the services we didn’t receive. There were only 3-4 tables occupied, so it certainly wasn’t because they were busy. It cost us over $90 for 4 beers and two sandwiches with fries. The only saving grace was the young lady providing the music, she was very talented."

"One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back."
