The home is fully furnished with high quality bedding, kitchenware, entertainment, and other amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy. Whether you are visiting Kingston for work, special occasions, or just for fun, the home has everything you need for your stay.
Each bedroom has a queen sized memory foam mattress, hotel quality linens, closets for storage, and luggage racks. We also provide a Pack n' Play in the primary bedroom closet for guests with small children.
There are three bathrooms in the home, a small half bath on the first floor and two full bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs guest bathroom has a tub and shower set up, and the primary bathroom has a walk in shower. We provide guests with bath towels, makeup-towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and other essential toiletries.
The kitchen is brand new featuring lots of countertop space for meal prep. We provide coffee (Keurig pods and ground coffee), sugar, and basic condiments.

There's a desk on the first floor for those looking to work from home, with a large monitor for guests to use.

Kingston was New York’s first capital in 1777 and became an important New York hub after the discovery of natural cement in the region. This modern Victorian is situated within a 5-10 minutes drive to many historical areas in town. We provide a guide with our favorite things to do in the area.
There are many amenities a short walk or car ride away. There are a number of local shops to pick up provisions for your stay, and lots of wonderful dining options in our area. Our guidebook has a list of recommendations. Take the bus or train up, only a quick walk from the house. Feel free to use a local Taxi or Uber/Lyft to get around.
