You can enjoy the lake from any of the 3 outdoor spaces or the air-conditioned sunroom. The dock features a universal boat lift, dual jet ski lifts, 2 complimentary kayaks, and plenty of outdoor furniture for the whole family. Just a short kayak paddle away is the popular sandy island where lake enthusiasts love to gather. Kids and adults alike will love playing ping pong, basketball arcade, and corn hole in the game room! second time staying here
This is our second time to rent this property. Everything was fine. The ceiling fans did not work on the dock which we informed management of, but it wasn't a big deal. This property is well suited for 3 adult families with kids. There are three bedrooms with large beds for couples and then numerous beds for kids apart from the couples bedrooms. Would probably rent again.

Our Family of 8 adults & 3 children had a great time at this lake house! Had plenty of beds for everyone & was super close to the sandbar we spend so much of our time at! Will definitely look into booking again next year for our annual trip!

Great house and location
Great house and layout. Very well furnished and everything we needed in kitchen to cook meals. Boat ramp in neighborhood was very convenient. Boat dock was very nice and kayaks were a great addition. The only complaint we had was the AC didn’t blow very good in the bedrooms. It worked great in all the common areas. We would definitely go back and stay here again! Beautiful house and dock with great sunrise and sunset view!

Sunset Escape Lakefront
The house was right on the water. It held an adequate boat lift with lifts for watercraft. This was a plus. The community had its own boat ramp a short drive away. Living and sleeping area was great. The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. It had a nice view from the back side of the house from the windows. The back patio and deck were great viewing the waterfront. Enjoyed our stay, would not change anything.

My in laws visited us at LBJ from California. The house was the perfect size for all 10 of us. It was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and glassware for leftover food! Which was very helpful when cooking for 10 people.

Neat and trendy home right on the water. The house is fully stocked with all cooking and kitchen accessories. All rooms are spacious and provide a family friendly atmosphere. Dock and back porch are awesome and allow for hours of pleasurable boat watching and gorgeous sun sets. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to maximize their LBJ experience.

GREAT FAMILY GET A WAY
The location and facilities were excellent for our family of 14. The house was well stocked with supplies and provided activities for all ages. Everything worked perfectly . The house was very clean. The dock allowed us to bring in a pontoon boat and the kayaks were a nice addition. The nights with the dock lights and the lake views were very special. Thanks for a great time and memory.

Great house! Easy to find, flawless check in, great location! Plenty of space for a big group. Well stocked kitchen, great grill, lots of basic supplies to start you off and also close to HEB. Can’t say enough about how perfect this property was for our big family! So many indoor and outdoor gathering areas to enjoy. The owners do an amazing job in providing enough essentials to get you going during your stay. Very good at communicating and making sure there were instructions on how to properly use everything there! This is a perfect place for our big family of several 20 something kids and 2 couples! We will definitely be back!

We had a nice relaxing time here. Our group took full advantage of the breeze on the back porch and sat outside both days just visiting! This house sits directly on the lake, was spotless, and had luxurious bed linens and towels. The house was just as described in the listing and had everything we needed. Great Vacation spot for family and friends.
The property was perfect, the boat doc was large enough for the kids to have fun and for me to sit in shade and watch over them. Very clean property and the owners responded to every question fast. Perfect getaway spot for family and friends to enjoy the lake. Enough space where you’re away from neighbors and feel as you have your own space. The games in garage came in handy and the kayaks were very fun. We took a Lilly pad and I would recommend one as well or renting a boat/jet ski as it is a perfect spot for one. Great views in the morning while drinking coffee on the top balcony. We would stay there again and plan on it before the summer ends. Special thank you for the owners in having a clean place and supplying a lot of things you need. Vacation made easy and fun.
