Summary:
Perfect place to bring your family and unwind! Beautiful views! Located on open water on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. Beautiful 4 bedroom/ 3 bath plus a loft home provides everything you need for a home away from home. You can enjoy all that the lake has to offer by bringing your own watercraft or renting one and using our boat dock provided. There are complimentary kayaks and paddle board as well as a garage full of games!

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire home including the boat dock. Guests also have access to the community park that includes neighborhood ramp.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants.

Getting Around:
Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
This home is very close to the water, so you will want to keep that in mind if you have young children.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Paddle Time Fun
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Paddle Time. Our teenage kids loved the game room with the ping pong table and the Kayaks. The adults enjoyed the sunset views from the deck.

First time my husband and I were able to have all our family together in two years. We had a blast! The house fit all our sleeping needs and our teenage granddaughter and her older brothers loved the game room. It was a wonderful stay.

A Perfect place for our family!

Plenty of rooms to accommodate our family of 12. Including a game room to keep them occupied. On the water and not far from boat ramp, fuel, and Boat Town.

Tuna house was perfect for our family lake trip. Perfect location, game room in garage was awesome, wonderful assortment of lake toys and house was perfect size with room to spare. Would definitely stay here again.

There were two couples, two children, and two friends. Everyone had great personal space and the common area was great for hanging out as well. The game room is a fun bonus. We were there for New Year’s fireworks and had a really good view of them in the distance. Highly recommended!

Great family reunion location!
We had 7 adults and 3 dogs for a family reunion and had a great time! Loved the kayaks and paddle boards we got to use! The location was great and during our stay the lake wasn't crowded! We'll definitely be back!

Great rental with direct access to the lake. Perfect for our 3 sons and their families. Grandkids had a blast playing on the Lily pad and swimming. Definitely coming back!

Graduation Celebration
The location was beautiful as was the view. As promised prior to arrival we had the code in hand and were contacted daily. I took picture of the minor damages that I found to assist the property owner which consisted mainly of door dings to the wall. But other than that it was gorgeous. The neighbors were awesome as well as the allowed my children to use their slide and dive from their deck. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation. We do plan on returning some day if you will have us again.

Kitchen had everything we needed except we couldn’t find a broom or dust pan but we made do and also the ice machine wasn’t working but we enjoyed the place and would definitely stay again. Lots of room for all 12 of us.
