Located in a gated community close to grocery stores, restaurants, & entertainment including Legend's Golf Course and local wineries!
The Space:
PLEASE NOTE: There is construction going on from time to time in this neighborhood as it is a new development.
Features:
This is a 3 Story House with Boat Lift and access to Wi-Fi throughout the home.
Level 1 - Garage, has a door to access the outdoor entertainment area including the pool and a ½ bath. The elevator is also located in the garage for easy access. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 along with lounge chairs to relax poolside. This level also has a propane BBQ Grill ready for your cookout. From here there is a gate that will take you down to the boat lift and marina.
Level 2 - Access via elevator, stairs on the right side of the house, or spiral staircase located near the pool. On this level you will find the full kitchen, living room, laundry room available for all guests, and a full bathroom.
Level 3 - Access via elevator or stairs inside the home. All of the bedrooms are located on this level.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Master with 1 King bed en-suite bathroom, and access to outdoor patio - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with full attached bathroom - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3 - Twin over Full Bunk with full attached bathroom - Sleeps 3
• Couch in main living room makes into a bed - Sleeps 2
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, boat slip (Please let us know 72 hours in advance if you will be bringing a boat and needing the boat lift), boat ramp, and amenity center that includes, community pool, sand volleyball, basketball/pickle court.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina and boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your clubs and hit the greens at The Legends Golf Course just minutes away! Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

We are available by email, phone, or can be available in person if need be.
NO PETS ALLOWED! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.
IMPORTANT: Please let us know 72 hours in advance if you will be bringing a boat and needing the boat lift.
NO more than 3 cars allowed per HOA rules, parking is located directly across the street from the property. Trailer parking is located in the front of the neighborhood with pre-approval and given the access code, absolutely no trailer parking anywhere else. Any trailers parked in the non-designated lot and space will be subjected to tow.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Community Amenity Center is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.
This neighborhood has strict Quiet Hours from 10PM-8AM!
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
