This home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom also includes a full size bed. The home’s guest bathroom includes a pedestal sink and walk-in shower. Efficiency Kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer.
Kingsland Bungalow
This home sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom inclusive of a full size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Mini-Fridge, Microwave, and coffee maker.

• These homes do not offer laundry facilities.
• These homes do not offer a range/oven or dishwasher.
• There is both a propane gas grill and a charcoal smoker grill available, hammock in yard, and corn hole outdoor game.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with room for a small boat or jet skis trailer.
• Please note that the homeowner lives in a separate home on the property.
• Guests will have access to the neighborhood fishing pier and boat launch (small boats under 20' only) that is .05 mile from the home. Additional information will be provided in-unit.

HOUSE RULES:

• Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival.
• Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure.
• Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted.
• Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets: No pets allowed.
• Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
• Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
