Cheerful 2 Bedroom cottage on the Llano River- Sleeps 6!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Imagine loading up in your car with a few friends or family and within a one hour drive of Austin you are transported to a totally unique part of Texas. You’ll pass huge granite outcrops and wind through the hill country to arrive at one of Texas’ prettiest rivers…the Llano.
The house has been completely remodeled and has all new luxury finishes and linens. There are 2 outside areas to watch for wildlife or enjoy a meal with a view.
The space
Beautifully remodeled cottage with quality and comfort in mind. Large living and open kitchen with a couch big enough for all! The beds are all top of the line new mattresses and luxury linens. Bunk beds are outfitted with safety rails.
Use the telescope to see the stars or look for arrowheads at the nearby Slab. Property backs to public land along the beautiful Llano River so there’s plenty to see and do!

From the property you can walk to the river . Packsaddle mountain can be seen to the left. The big oak tree in the yard is thought to be 400 years old!

This place is wonderful and we plan to come stay here again. Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood along with being right by the river. Host kept us updated and was helpful for local activities.

Pretty, neat, comfortable home. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay on the Llano river. This home is just up the road from the Slab, which is very convenient. Jacki is a great host and very responsive.

Beautiful place inside and out. Our host, Jacki, was super attentive to any questions I had during the entire stay. The view is amazing from the back porch. Very comfy beds as well. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is a clean, updated lodging with ample space for the two of us. We enjoyed having two bathrooms and a huge king bed and no noise above us. It has a lovely view down to the river and of the sunset from the back deck. Fine dining can be found in Kingsland at the Junction Prime upscale steak house.

We had a great time during our stay. Marble Falls was a short drive away. Swimming down the road at the The Slab. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. The house had everything we needed to cook and relax. Would definitely go back!

Perfect for a Friend Get-Together
I used this home to gather my closest girl friends the night before my wedding. We didn't want to do anything crazy, so it was perfect for us to just sit and catch up all night! Since most of my ladies are out of town or out of state, this was the perfect opportunity to just gather and enjoy each other's company! And the bunk beds made it so that only two of us had to share a bed. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for the solar eclipse, and I can tell you that the pictures of this property don’t do it justice. Yes, from the front it looks like an overgrown shed, but I assure you it’s so much more than that! Inside it’s airy and spacious with room for everyone to hang out together. Where it really shines is on the multiple level deck off the back of the house which overlooks the river in the distance! Incredible views of the sunset from the comfort of your own rental property! Such wonderful and thoughtful hosts as well!

Girls Night
Just three girlfriends wanting to get away for an evening. The house was adorable! Very clean and exactly as described. The owner was amazing! I had to change the date of our reservation and she was able to accommodate us. Then, my husband was trying to cancel a different reservation, but accidentally cancelled this reservation. The owner was so kind about all of our craziness. I would absolutely book this property again. It was peaceful and the views from the back porch were beautiful. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Clean small home. Lots of seating room outside with 3 different gathering spots. Water wasn’t very accessible at this time (July and in the middle of a drought!) but you could still see the water from the seating areas and was nice in the morning & evenings.

A truly great place to stay!
The cottage was beautiful, charming and comfortable. We loved the view of the hills and the river from the multi-tiered back deck, amid the sprawling live oak branches. We enjoyed a walk along the Llano river, a quick 2-min walk from the back door. Also, loved the little touches like the snacks, drinks and having a kettle and pour over (and happened to have my favorite Austin coffee on hand.) Jacki was a fantastic host. She was very friendly and her correspondence was clear and concise. I would definitely stay there again.
