With all the necessities you’ll need for a truely comfortable stay, this self-contained holiday home comes with a fully fenced yard - providing guests with complete privacy and a place for your best mate to romp securely (yes, pets are welcome!) Cook up a feast of delicious Kangaroo Island produce in the fully equipped kitchen, or take advantage of the Weber BBQ on the back patio. Even better, take a short stroll to one of the local restaurants or cafes and sip on a beer (or famous KI wine!) in one of our quaint hotels. This delightful home offers all you’ll need for a comfortable stay including wifi, aircon, flat screen TV with streaming services, pod style coffee machine, alfresco entertainment area with BBQ & outdoor setting, Sheridan linen, washing machine, dryer and off-street parking. Being just a short walk from all of Kingscote’s attractions including a tidal swimming pool, shops, galleries, museum, beach, jetty & much more, Little Kobada is the perfect base for exploring all that Kangaroo Island has to offer! Please note additional charges: $100 Pet Bond: To be refunded in full within 7 days, once property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival.

Little Kobada

Little Kobada is a great place to stay when visiting Kingscote. Close to shops, beach, tidal pool and restaurants. We weren't informed about the spa not working so that was disappointing, and the yard/garden could do with a tidy up but overall a comfy little place to stay.
