Stylishly furnished throughout, Twitchers Cottage boasts stunning views of the Titchwell coastline. For chillier winter evenings there is a wood burning stove to cosy up in front of, and on long summer days a delightful patio garden provides panoramic views over the marshes towards Titchwell beach, which is located a mere 15-minute walk away.
This pretty coastal cottage is open-plan on the ground floor and has a well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances which is ideal for entertaining. However, if you fancy treating yourself to a meal out, the renowned Titchwell Manor Hotel/Restaurant and Briarfields Hotel are both just a very short stroll away from the cottage and serve excellent food; be it a bar snack, afternoon tea or fine dining. This brick and flint cottage, built in 1897, also benefits from countryside views to the front and you may even be lucky enough to see the deer grazing.
Close to The Wash estuary and the RSPB reserve, Titchwell is a very popular area for bird watchers throughout the year, but especially during spring and autumn migration, and the spectacular winter geese and wader phenomenon. There is a large telescope so you can watch all of the wildlife from the patio doors. Conveniently close to the Victorian seaside resort of Hunstanton, as well as Brancaster beach, Twitchers Cottage is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of North West Norfolk.
