There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and also a large family bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. Practical, both inside and out, the secure landscaped garden has a large table, perfect for dining alfresco or enjoying the spectacular noisy skeins of geese flying directly overhead in autumn and winter. There is even a kennel for dogs who prefer to sleep outside.

Just across the coastal road is a walker's and birder's paradise of a coastal path, and a very well-known pub, The White Horse, which has a wonderful terrace enjoying views of marsh and sea at high tide. This venue is very popular with locals, sailors, and everyone who loves good food. There is an award-winning café, boutiques, a small supermarket, and petrol station just down the road too, as well as a shop selling all the paraphernalia required by keen birdwatchers. A very short drive or bike ride away are spectacular Brancaster beach, trendy Burnham Market, and elegant Holkham Hall. Marsh Tide really does cater for all ages and interests.
