Lapwing Cottage is a well-equipped two-bedroom cottage, and although traditional in style, is little over a decade old, with the ground floor equally divided between the pretty and practical kitchen/breakfast room on one side, and the living room on the other.

The modern fitted kitchen has a large table that comfortably seats 4 people, an electric hob, grill and oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Complete with a full range of utensils, pans, and glasses, a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave and toaster are also provided.

The cosy, bright lounge has a wooden floor and central log burner giving it an almost period-cottage feel and a pair of french doors open up to give access out to the south-facing garden. The lounge is furnished with a 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs as well as a Smart TV. In addition to these two rooms downstairs, there is also a WC and back door access.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. The large master bedroom is dual aspect to the front and also overlooks the garden and is furnished with a king-size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and 2 chairs.

The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, large chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. The bedrooms share a contemporary shower room and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

The south-facing garden is a combination of patio and lawn (artificial grass). It is completely enclosed, adding security for both children and pets to enjoy this space. Furnished with patio table, chairs and parasol, with additional lounger chairs stored in the large lockable shed (where guests are also welcome to store bicycles and other larger items)
