Little Haven' is a delightful one bedroom, all ground level cottage with a charming, enclosed south facing garden, situated in the enchanting Norfolk village of Heacham. Ideal for couples or singles wanting a peaceful, relaxing break by the coast. It is within walking distance of the beach and close to the village amenities (shops, pubs and restaurants). You can also visit the nearby famous Norfolk Lavender and enjoy the many attractions. Explore the unique Norfolk coast, with the many fishing harbours and inlets, by car or bus. For your convenience, the village is on the coastal bus route. Enjoy the many miles of sandy beaches and for bird watchers, visit the R.S.P.B. coastal nature reserves at Snettisham & Titchwell. The Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton is just 2 miles away and Sandringham House and Gardens only 5 miles. The renowned village of Burnham Market with its specialist tea rooms and shops is a must, and if you have any time left, you can hire a boat for the day on the Norfolk Broads.

The Cottage
The self-contained cottage, has a comfortable living room with flat screen television with built in freeview, SMART TV capabilities and DVD player. Plus, an electric reclining sofa as well as a wingback armchair. The bedroom has a quality king size bed and flat screen television, with freeview. The Kitchen/Diner is equipped with a range of cooking equipment and a dishwasher. A south facing enclosed garden and patio are at the back of the cottage where there is garden furniture, lighting and it is the perfect place to start or end your day. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower, as well as toilet and wash basin.

We really enjoyed our stay in Littlehaven, Heacham. The property was ideal for the 2 of us. The owners were very friendly and helpful giving a warm welcome and treats! There was lots to do in the local area.

Had a great stay in little Haven. Property was homely, clean and well equipped. We loved the location and having a nice little garden to sit in was really great. We enjoyed most of our meals al fresco.

Just as described a lovely base to explore the area. Very comfortable and outdoor enclosed space for our dog to go out safely. Had everything you need in the well stocked kitchen and the owners have lots of information available to explore Norfolk.

Little Heaven
We had a lovely short break staying at Anna and Johns Little Haven. The cottage was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. Heacham is a quiet village just a few miles outside Hunstanton with a couple of good dogfriendly pubs. Highly recommended. Thanks Anna and John.

Lovely little property, with a comfortable big bed, pub just around the corner and not to far from the village shops, with the beach about 15 minutes away, easy interaction with host and was greeted with cakes and orange juice on arrival ( dog treats too)...

We highly recommend this cottage
It is a delightful cottage and very well appointed. The garden was secure for our two small dogs and they appreciated the welcome treats left for them. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the beaches, pubs and shops and well situated to travel to other local attractions. Plenty of lovely walks nearby. We would most certainly like to return to this property 😊

Cosy Little Hideaway
We were meeting up with grandparents in Heacham. From flexible check-in and out, to thoughtful little extras, Little Haven has it all! The dog friendly touches were fantastically helpful, e.g. throws and towels, treats and bowls. Anna and John were really friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

A lovely comfy, cozy cottage - ideal for exploring the area & wonderfully toasty after a breezy walk along the beach. Completely secure front & back garden areas for your dog, the owners have thought of everything you might need if you've forgotten anything - treats, throws, spare food/water bowls & poo bags, there's even a little wooden gate to pop across the door should you need it. Would highly recommend, easy to find, in a quite area, dedicated parking space & as dog friendly as your own house

Just returned from a weekend break at Little Haven. Cottage is well equipped and in a great location. Just 10 minute walk to West Norfolk pub which is also dog friendly, and a couple of minutes further on is the beach. King sized bed with comfortable mattress always a bonus! Dog throws & treats are provided. Would recommend
