Merchant House is a lovely 3 storey mid terrace house providing comfortable, modern family accommodation located in the village of Snettisham. Originally the street was part of the King's Lynn to Hunstanton railway line which closed in 1969 during the Beeching Cuts. The Old Coal Yard was one of the sidings areas when bunker coal was stored. It has been developed into a small, quiet cul-de-sac backing onto fields at the South of Snettisham.
There are 4 bedrooms providing accommodation for up to 6 people plus 1 baby/toddler. It is a child friendly house with stair gates on every floor and a cot in the top floor bedroom plus a private enclosed garden.
There are some beautiful country walks and woodland walks from the doorstep and the beach/RSPB/sailing club is only a few minutes drive away. There's a co-op, bakery/cafe, 2 pubs, restaurant, playground and chemist within a 20 minute walk and a further 2 cafes, antique shop and chocolatier 5 minutes walk away.
