"We had to evacuate Clearwater for Hurricane Milton. Somehow this wonderful gem fell into our hands. We were having a hard time finding a pet friendly place to evacuate with our golden retriever. The house was amazing. The view on the river is what we needed to keep our anxiety down worrying about our home. The house had everything we needed. Dawn answered all my 20 plus emails immediately and was so kind. Thank you for providing the peace of mind we needed while we evacuated from the hurricane. Can't wait to come back and enjoy at another less stressful time"

"Our trip was great. We stayed there in June. We traveled with my disabled brother-in-law who is a quadriplegic with our dog for a family reunion in the area. The ramp to the front porch was very handy and worked out great with him. The cottage was very clean and very nicely furnished. Very quiet community. Very close to the river with a boat ramp just four lots down. Kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. The Host was very easy to work with and was quickly available if we needed anything. We will use this place in the future when visiting our family in the area."
