The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2. "The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! It's my fault that I didn't inform the host in time about our late check in, in addition my phone can't make through any local calls, hence we can only contact using the chat function in Hotels.com. I'm glad that the host is patient enough and trusted on us on our check-in procedure. Thank you so much and really sorry for the trouble caused."

"Beautiful property and right next to madea flats for snorkeling and diving. Great location with great cafes nearby. The hot tub was a bonus. Full kitchen and kitchenware. We were even offered a complimentary wine bottle - super yummy!! Bed was fine - firm as I’ve noticed in Japan. The pillows were very lumpy. Other than that, perfect stay. "

"Wheb we checked in, pool and tub weren’t cleaned. It was disgusting with mold and dirt. We tried reaching out to them to send cleaners but nobody came. We were not able to enjoy the ammenities that were supposed to be included for what we paid for."
