Tucked within a delightful resort in the Ozark Mountains, Boatin’ and Floatin’ Here at the Lake is a scenic family-friendly getaway. It is a serene respite from the humdrum of city life.

Launch your jet ski or boat from the community boat ramp! Make use of the private clubhouse, which has a relaxing hot tub and a beautiful gazebo, offering panoramic views of the lake. A picnic area with large tables and a charcoal grill is perfect for family meals.

Back inside, the home oozes a cozy, inviting vibe — with dewy white walls and a chic, minimalist decor. The living room has a comfy seating area, a smart TV and a spacious private deck with gorgeous lake views.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen is bright and roomy, stocked with modern cabinetry and appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The counter provides an extra seating for 2, while the 4-seater dining table is perfect for hearty family meals.

The home accommodates 8 guests in total, between the 2 bedrooms and a Queen sleeper sofa.

#Bedroom 1 comes with a queen-size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

#Bedroom 2 has 2 queen-size beds and a TV.

There is an additional shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

- Free parking is available onsite for both cars and boat trailers.

- Seasonal Pool swimming, boat ramp, overnight boat trailer parking.

All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

- Parking pass must be displayed at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the pass is not displayed
- No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk.
- No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes tool boxes, kayaks.
- No vehicle wraps or commercial vehicles.
- No dually trucks.
- No over size vehicles.
- No trailers other than boat trailers.

The home is located 1.5 miles south of Kimberling City, famous for the crystal-clear shores of Kennel Branch Cove, near Table Rock Lake. Scenic nature trails abound the property, ideal for leisurely hikes and bird-watching.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
