"Due to Covid problems and restrictions there was a lack of staff so no breakfasts were served and only dinner served Mon-Friday. This has been the hardship experienced by the hospitality industry generally and I can’t speak highly enough of the excellent customer service we received under these difficult times. "

"The staff here were lovely and quick to sort some minor problems- safe not working However the rooms despite being very well cleaned are starting to show a bit of wear and tear The dining menu was quite limited ( time of year apparently) but nice. I also appreciated that despite no ice tray in fridge on arrival after suggesting they might put some in the rooms I was delighted to find one in my fridge the next day Good service "
