"If you like noisy, busy hotels, this place is not for you. Its quiet location is centrally located yet far enough away from city lights that spending evenings star gazing is great way to unwind after enjoying the day visiting all that Ireland has to offer. Our daughter loved the cozy bedroom loft at the top of the stairs. We found the bedrooms cool and the beds comfortable. The dining room is where most of our evenings were spent. "Monica and Sean are gracious and lovely hosts. They made our stay so comfortable. Glenview Lodge was the perfect location for our stay. Traditional Irish countryside with ease of access to great day trips (we went to Dingle, Killarney, Cork, the Cliffs of Moher, Limerick/Bunratty Castle, and one overnight in Galway, just to name a few stops). "It is a delightful cottage on a stud farm. Very peaceful. Access to small town nearby for shopping. We visited the Dingle Peninsula and other places on the west coast though they were quite far away. Thoroughly recommend it for the peace and quiet and beautiful srroundings"

"Nice hotel With lovely staff, but "luxury suites" we're lacking the luxury. Bed was large but there was a gap between even though was supposed to be a king bed and other side was really worn (sank in the middle where people have been sleeping). Not many tv channels but use of Netflix. I would definitely take a room at the hotel next time if coming back. Suite was spacious and had a fridge and a microwave so handy for someone with small children but you need to cross a road to get to the hotel....

"My husband and I used this as our base for exploring Southern Ireland and it was perfect. The hosts were super sweet and a pleasure to talk with. They even helped us figure out our charging converters, called up to one of the local spots for us to get dinner and offered plenty of suggestions that ended up being some of our favorite visits. Great little spot for the two of us!"
