Whiffletree H4 is a lovely 2 bedroom/1 bath condo located at the base of Killington. You can take a shuttle bus to and from the mountain or when conditions permit, ski back to your unit via a ski home trail. Whiffletree is close to all Killington has to offer. The nightlife is Killington is always rated as number 1 in ski areas in the Northeast. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops to keep you busy when not on the slopes. If you are not a night life person and prefer to relax after a day on the slopes, the unit offers a gas fireplace to keep you warm on those cold winter nights.

The Green Mountains offer many summer activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Killington Resort offers mountain biking trails for all abilities, zip lines and a free fall jump tower for the dare devils and more in the Adventure center. Hike Vermont's Long Trail or branch off on to the Appalachian Trail and discover amazing views and water falls. Rent a Kayak and spend a bucolic day on Kent Pond or go river tubing on the White River. History buffs can enjoy visiting many Revolutionary battlefields as well as taking a trip to The Calvin Coolidge Homestead and Library in Plymouth, VT just 15 minutes from Killington. Woodstock, the quintessential Vermont town, is home to the Billings Farm and Museum and the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. Vermont's best public golf course, Green Mountain National Golf Course, is located right here Killington as well as the very challenging Killington Golf Course. We have everything for the whole family.

Terrific condo
Terrific condo, cozy and warm, plenty of space for 4 of us. My only complaint is the door code didn't work on check in and we had to stand in the cold waiting and making phone calls to figure it out, no one apologized for this annoyance. That could have been better

The location was advertised as ski in/ski out, specifically with a ski back trail. and listed as having a shuttle. The shuttle only runs on weekends and we could not for the life of us find a ski back trail. The dishwasher was broken and full of all the dirty dishes from the last tenant. we had no clean plates/bowls/ and only a few forks. I happen to have a small stack of paper plates that we ended up using and re sing as best we could. And the toilet wouldn't always flush... like you would attempt over an hour time 4-5 times and it would not flush... and then a little later luckily it would, but my husband was worried about BMs (that would just have to sit there) and toilet paper from ladies peeing. Certain not what you would expect at that price point. And I called about it, at night and no one even called us back on our issue about the toiletThe place was very clean and cozy. The location to Killington and close by restaurants was great. The fireplace was a nice touch
