Located just 3 minutes from Pico Mountain skiing, and just 15 minutes from the Killington Resort base lodges, this home is conveniently located for those looking for skiing and snowboarding fun in Vermont's beautiful Green Mountains.
And for hikers who want to enjoy the Green Mountains' magnificent trails, a 3 minute walk up an access trail from this home's driveway will put you on the legendary Appalachian Trail and/or the famous Long Trail of Vermont. Either way, this lovely Killington home is the perfect spot for your Vermont vacation.
This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sits across the road from Pico Mountain. It is the last home at the top of a dead end street with lots of privacy. The panoramic views of Pico Mountain and the surrounding mountains are stunning. It has well appointed with quality furnishings throughout the house. And it features a finished basement with a game room that is great for kids!

MAIN LEVEL has an open floor plan and is great for entertaining. It includes kitchen, dining room, living room, office area, half bath and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, 2 sinks, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The dining room table has seating for 6. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for additional seating.
The living room has leather sofas, 60" cable TV, DVD player and electric fireplace. The office area has a desk and book shelves. A half bath is also on this level.
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and storage cabinets.

UPPER LEVEL has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite has a king bed, cable TV, a seating area and attached bath with shower for two.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV.
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

There is a full bath with tub/shower combo off the hallway.

LOWER LEVEL
The basement is finished with 42" TV and large sectional sofa, air hockey, foosball, darts and a queen murphy bed.. The basement has a separate thermostat for maximum warmth.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO SMOKING of ANY kind allowed in the house. No Pets and NO PARTIES allowed.

Ski get away
This property was awesome. It had a great amount of stuff (Games, Blankets, Furniture, Stuff) to make it feel like a get away to a full stock vacation place. Great location with plenty of space close to the slopes.

The house was in a great location for skiing at Killington. We enjoyed great restaurants around the ski area too.! The house itself was clean and spacious. We had a group of 6 adults (including our college aged kids). Everyone had ample space and we really enjoyed our stay!

Holiday break ski trip
Our family of 5 visited during Christmas week for a few days of skiing. While the weather wasn’t great, the house was lovely and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location right across from Pico and a short drive to the Killington base lodges was very convenient. The lower level entrance and mud room space was great for ski gear.

Our Favorite for a Small Family Get Together
We have rented this house twice and absolutely love it. Comfortable, well appointed and excellent layout, especially the second-floor living area. The only complaint is only two wine glasses and no wine opener, an easy fix.

Great House
We had a great experience at the property. There was plenty of room and the house was clean and well maintained. Our plans changed last minute and only myself and my teenage daughter were able to make it on the trip. So we had a lot of extra space. Had our full party been able to make it, it would have still been a great house for a ski trip.

Fabulous New Years family trip!
We had a wonderful trip to Killington. The house is lovely with amazing views. We had everything we needed for our family ski trip. We enjoyed the open kitchen area with plenty of supplies to cook up several family meals. We had 4 great days of skiing at Killington and Pico. The teenage boys loved having the lower level to themselves with table games and TV. It was a bonus to be able to bring our ski gear into a tiled area..very well thought out. The beds were extremely comfortable. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you Christine!!

Came here with a group of 8 girls and we absolutely LOVED this house! Pictures don’t do it justice. Very cozy and provided everything you would need. Perfect set up for having to take off snow gear- walking into the tile floor basement with plenty of space to remove wet, bulky, snowy clothing. Also quick easy ride into town. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a recent ski trip with 4 adults and 4 children. This house was excellent, very clean, and plenty of room for 8 people. We skied two days at Killington it was nice to pull up to the house and unload our ski equipment directly into the basement. Plenty of room to dry out of ski gear for the next day. I would definitely recommend this property to any family looking for a house in the Killington / Pico area. The hardwood floors throughout the house are amazing. The house also has nice views of Pico mountain.

Amazing house with plenty of room and close to everything
Our two families with kids could not get enough of this house, and everyone was sad to leave. House is gorgeous inside, and was spotless when we came in. Tons of space for adults and kids to enjoy. The kids had the entire basement for a playroom with games and a TV. Kitchen was fully stocked and made it a pleasure to cook and enjoy meals together in the dinning room. The house sits on top of a hill allowing for incredible views of Pico Mountain, which was just down the hill. We would ski Pico and be home in a few short minutes. Killington is 10-15 minutes away as well. Could not say enough great things about it, and we are all looking forward to returning here again. THANK YOU Christine for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Beautiful home!! Amazing location!!!
We couldn't be more happy with our trip to Killington! The home was huge, plenty of space for our family of 5. The home was immaculate!! everything neat and in working order. The location was a few minutes from Pico and very close to Killington. The owner Christine was easy to communicate with, responsding to most of my emails within minutes. I would highly recommend this property! The home is located at the end of a cul de sac and sits on top of a hill with such pretty views especially at sunset. Would definitely rent again!!

GORGEOUS house and AMAZING location!!!!!
My husband and I stayed at this property and will definitely be back! This house is immaculate with open floor plan, brand new furnishings and is super cozy and spacious. It went beyond our expectations and hopes for a vacation spot as it is close to downtown Rutland for shopping and dining, but more importantly it is super close to Killington where we had our first experience with fun activities in the "off season!" Within roughly a ten minute drive we were zip-lining and riding the mountain coaster and next time we will have to do the many other activities such as mountain biking down the mountain. The house also has a walking trail entrance into a portion of the Appalachian Trail, just a stone's throw from the driveway! There are various reasons to recommend this house; the house itself, the views, the location. It really has everything you could want (large bedrooms, bathroom on first and second floor, a huge kitchen (with two sinks!), modern furniture and dust free with wooden floors, important if you are like me, someone with allergies). Anyway, if you are thinking about renting this house, don't hesitate! You will not be disappointed and will also be leaving a 5 star review!!! Enjoy and thanks to the owners, WE WILL BE BACK! :-)
