Fabulous, private location in the heart of Killington, just minutes to the lifts and even closer to all the restaurants, bars, markets, delis and ski/snowboard shops that the Access Road has to offer.

This 3,000 sqft chalet sits on a 1 acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, giving privacy year round and with exceptional winter views of Killington Peak.

MAIN LEVEL
Updated kitchen/dining room fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, stainless steel appliances granite work tops and seating at island as well as dining table.
Spacious living room with flat screen smart TV, new gas fireplace and seating 8 comfortably.
Shower room.
Generous primary bedroom with renovated en-suite bathroom and closet.
There is a large deck accessible from the living room, with outdoor table, chairs and BBQ and offering gorgeous views south towards Killington Peak.
Also on this level laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

UPPER LEVEL
Two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One room has a queen bed, the other, bunk beds and a king, which can be separated to two twins. Small deck off both bedrooms with south facing views to Killington Peak.

LOWER LEVEL
Large family room with 70" screen smart TV and sound system, brand new sectional sofa and full size futon.
Mud room giving safe storage space for skis/snowboards/mountain bikes/wet gear!
Walkout through mud-room into the garden.

Perfect family winter vacation
My family and I stayed at this house during Christmas vacation. The house is just gorgeous and the views of the mountain are stunning! The first thing I noticed was how clean the house was! I usually bring cleaning products with me to any place we stay at but it was not necessary this time! I felt at ease and comfortable and so did my family and dogs! If you’re looking for the perfect mountain getaway look no further than this beautiful home!

Great house near the mountain
We had a great time at this property. It’s right off the access road and super convenient for both skiing and nightlife. Lucy was helpful and communicative and the house was perfect for our needs as a group of 8 people- four adults, four kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent MTB house
Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house just minutes away from Killington mountain. The whole experience was excellent and the communication with the owner was impeccable. She even went above and beyond the call of duty to return some items left behind. Will definitely stay again. 5 stars 🌟

Great family ski getaway
My family and I had a fantastic time in this perfectly located home that was very close to everything. We appreciated that the house was stocked with all the essentials and bedrooms were perfect for everyone. Our only issue would be that the stairs and walkway to the house wasn’t shoveled prior to arrival and we had to do so ourselves.

Best family Vacation!!
This was hands down the best host I have ever encountered. Incredibly accommodating and so responsive. The property was well appointed right down to the nice soap and towels in each bathroom. It felt like you were staying at a family members home. We did lots of cooking and grilling and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to another trip! Thinking already about when we can come again next. Thank you so much!

Great Ski House!!!
Booked this property for a holiday ski trip with family! House was perfect, super clean and updated. Smart TV's to watch shows when we were not out skiing or eating. The location is also what makes this home so great. Right off the access rd for a quick ride to the base lodges in the am, and a short ride to drinks and dinner out after a long day of skiing. The owner was very responsive any time I had a question. Looking forward to booking this place in the future for another ski trip to Killington.

Vermont Summer Fun
This immaculately clean and beautifully well-stocked property was the perfect home base for a week's worth of Vermont fun. We hiked up Killington, poked around the shops in Woodstock, kayaked at nearby Chittenden Reservoir, explored local waterfalls, and much more. The home is perfect for a family group. Big kitchen table for family dinners and game nights; every kitchen tool and appliance you might need; crisp, clean linens and towels; two large, comfortable family rooms; a lovely front yard flower garden; ample parking; and convenient location. Highly recommend!

Awesome week!
We just got back from our stay and already are planning to go back again next winter! Check in process was so easy and everything that we normally have to bring was already there, hand soaps, toilet paper, towels, sheets even down to the spices. When they say everything you need is there they aren’t kidding! Lucy was super easy to get in touch with and always responded very quickly. The beds were all very comfy and so was all the pillows/bedding. Very close to Killington and spacious enough for our 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids). The house was all updated but still keeping the older charm which was perfect!

Lovely Location for Leafing
The house was wonderful. Very clean and well-equipped for the four of us. We never used the basement level as the main living room was so comfortable with a gas fireplace and ample seating. The location allowed easy access to VT100 for leafing and ample access to restaurants in close proximity. Lucy provided us with all the check-in information needed prior to arriving and included a complete notebook on the operation of everything in the house. I would recommend this house to family and friends.

Fantastic house
We cannot overstate what an ideal house this was for our group. It is obvious that nothing is an afterthought for Lucy - all of the supplies and accommodations are carefully selected. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms feature well-appointed updates. The views of the resort from the house are great. The ski / mudroom functioned perfectly for our equipment and access to the cars. The 3 thermostats kept everything comfortable. We very much hope we can rent the house again soon.

We stayed for 4 nights with our adult kids and another couple. The layout was perfect for us. And everyone commented that it was clean and nicely decorated. The master suite has a recently updated bathroom and the towels were really thick and soft. Our bed was very comfortable. We used the big eat in kitchen because we stayed in for our meals and found everything we needed. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the ample comfortable seating in the family room. The location is very convenient to skiing. If you prefer to dine out or get takeout it's easy to do so. All in all we had a great stay. I would definitely stay again if I return to the area with a large group.

Great Winter Escape!

Great house in a great location
This rental property is in the perfect location in Killington. It’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy privacy and nature, but is also close to all the shops and restaurants, and just a quick drive to the slopes. The house was spotless when we arrived with a well-stocked kitchen. Linens and towels were plush and beds were all comfortable, even the bunks! I worked from the house and had excellent internet and phone service. There was scheduled internet maintenance while we were there (overnight), and the owner was fantastic with communication. Loved the gas fireplaces and layout of the rooms in general. We hope to return next time during mid-winter for more great skiing and a cozy getaway!
