**The space**
This one story home, located on a quiet street, boasts an open floor plan and 1242 sq. ft of living space. For your convenience, the home has a Smart lock for keyless entry and step-free, easy access.
The space is open concept and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is stocked with memory foam mattresses for a cloud-like night's sleep, and the dining table seats six. The living room has lots of board games and a Smart TV for entertainment (BYOS).
The master bedroom features a king bed and a full bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in closet. The queen bedroom has a Smart TV and a poker table in the closet, and the office/twin bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle, a desk, a printer/scanner, and a Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic utensils and cooking items, including an Insta-pot, Airfryer, coffee maker, and kettle.
**Location**
Our vacation home is situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, located on a loop street that offers a serene setting for your stay. The neighborhood is conveniently located near a grocery store that typically offers the cheapest gas in town, as well as a variety of delicious restaurants to choose from. Whether you're looking to stock up on supplies or enjoy a meal out, you'll find everything you need within easy reach of our vacation home. We hope you have a wonderful time during your stay with us!
**Getting around**
Our vacation home is located in a Military town, offering convenient access to all the great attractions and amenities the area has to offer. However, you will need your own personal vehicle to explore the surrounding areas. Killeen is conveniently located in central Texas, with easy access to highways I14, I35, and Hwy 195, making it simple to travel to nearby tourist destinations like Austin, San Antonio, Waco, or Dallas.
During your stay, you will have one designated parking spot in the driveway, as well as access to any available street parking. We hope you have a wonderful time exploring the area and all it has to offer!
**Other things to note**
Our vacation home is equipped with a state-of-the-art Smart lock for your convenience, allowing you to easily and securely access the property with keyless entry.
** Safety Devices - Security cameras/audio recording devices**
The property is under video surveillance for safety & security. using 6 exterior cameras and 1 smart doorbell for 24/7 video/audio surveillance. And noise monitor in the living room records decibel levels only. The safety and privacy of our residents and visitors are our top priorities.
**Smoke alarms**
Smoke alarms are installed in every bedroom & common area for your safety. In case of an emergency, fire extinguishers can be found under the kitchen sink & in each bathroom sink. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out.
**HOUSE RULES**
Welcome to our vacation home! We hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. Please note that we do not offer daily housekeeping services, so we ask that you help us maintain the cleanliness and efficiency of the home during your stay.
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, please observe the following rules. It is important to make sure you read and comply with these rules:
- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. If the septic system becomes clogged during your stay, a fee of $450 will be assessed for repairs.
- The garage will remain locked and is not part of the rented space. However, please note that from time to time, the garage door may be opened to allow the delivery person to deliver supplies for the property.
-Make sure to dispose of all trash in the trash cans provided (one in each room).
- To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, no outside/unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight at our property without prior approval from the host. If you would like to invite guests to visit, please message us with their identification and we will register them. A fee of $65 per guest will be charged for any unregistered guests who stay overnight. If unregistered guests are found to be staying overnight, it may result in a fee and/or termination of your reservation.
- Do not reset or reboot the router. If you experience connectivity issues, please contact the host and we will reboot it remotely.
- Please do not sit or lay on any furniture with wet clothing.
- Leave all damp or dirty towels in the bathtub.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and around the property. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional fee of $350 will be charged.
- No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
- Check-out time is at 11am or earlier. NO EXCEPTIONS. A fee of $150 may be charged for late check-out or if excessive cleaning is needed.
-Please take out all garbage to the trash bins located outside prior to checking out.
- Check the unit thoroughly before departing to ensure you haven't left any personal items. We will make every attempt to locate any lost items, but we are not responsible for any items left behind.
- We recommend not leaving doors and windows open to avoid bees, wasps, and other critters from entering the property.
- Please return all furnishings to their original locations prior to departing.
- No parties or events. You will be charged a fee of $700 if a party or event is held at the property
