Check in started smooth, so I thought...
I reserved room online & expected to just show id & get room key, unfortunately when arrived late in evening the door was locked and had to stand outside window to be told I needed to complete the check in process thru office and after at least 30 mins & going back& forth giving my id, car info & phone to get enrolled in system and then get told a $50 deposit is mandatory to pay before can Even go to room.
The shower curtain seemed to have sum spots of mold & found used towels wedged behind bed from previous guest
Pulled into room after day of working and got approached by 3 Killeen police officers flashlights on face asking questions, if I was supposed to be there & just completely felt ambushes & uncomfortable as if i shouldn't have been there.
Wouldve been better if had hangers & more towels available and a do not disturb sign... Also, it was expected to take trash out and clean room to make easier on housekeeping, which I personally never seen..
Check out was much better experience and did refund the deposit a lot quicker than expected (per check in employees information)
It was not the best nor the worst experience but I personally do not have to stay there again.
