The room we were given -- the "King Royal Suite -- was a dark, dingy, two-room nightmare. The windows were blocked and etched, so we were unable to see out Upon opening the window sill, pigeon poop was everywhere. There was no screen to keep window open.
This hotel is misrepresented on the internet. It is 3 stars at best, and the staff is the best part. They are friendly, helpful, wililng and upbeat. Th 440 euros! What a waste. But Michael and Nicole were eager to make it right and offered us compensations. Still, I wonder why this hotel is being advertised as a 4-Star when it is badly in need up an update!
