Stay on the Pamlico sound (bay), but also just minutes to the Ocean w/ free parking, showers, bathrooms and Lifeguard.
Pool, additional exercise room and club house just 5 houses down the street.

Due to HOA regulations we require a 4 week minimum stay.
As such, we are happy to CUSTOMIZE this property and furniture to suit your needs.

Also 1 x double sleeper sofa and 1 x double air mattress

Max overnight stay is 14 people

Pets OK. We DEEP clean and air out house before every guests stay so no residual pet dander.

Very rare for the East Coast is a western facing view over water. This makes for SPECTACULAR sunsets over the Albemarle and Pamlico sounds year-round!

Walk barefoot on the lush backyard grass or down onto the PRIVATE sandy beach
Grill on the back porch with a nice breeze off the water and watch all manner of wildlife (Dolphins, Otters, Ospreys, Geese, Ducks, etc.)

So much to do on the OBX but you also rarely need to leave Colington Island -
- The 3 nearby restaurants are 1) Harbor Grill - one of the best pizza places, 2) Salt Box Cafe - award winning contemporary 3) Colington Cafe - THE best fine dining restaurant on the OBX
-plus Coffee/Ice Cream shop and gas/convenience store and Billy's seafood nearby too.

-Church at the front of community has basketball court (indoor and outdoor) as well as kids playground and fishing pond.

-Small events OK. Larger events can book clubhouse for nominal cleaning fee.
-Covered parking in garage + driveway fits 4+ cars. NO street parking
