.You will fall in love with this newly renovated cottage tile bathrooms brand new kitchen beds and mattresses house located on beach road! The cottage is a open layout with tile floors and carpet through the house! All 4 smart TVs with Netflix access . 65 inch in Livingroom and a Bose sound system And FREE WIFI for your computer needs. The loft and the two master bedrooms have TVs available in them. 2 min walk is one of the areas better restaurants goombay's with a close walk to shopping and movie complex. The beach is conveniently located only 150 ft.in front of the cottage!
This house rents Saturday or Sunday at 3pm, checkout Saturday or Sunday at 11am during the season. Weekend or sort week Rentals allowed when available.

This house was in a great location! Short walk across the street to the beach, so close to stores and restaurants! George responded within minutes if we ever had questions! Only small issue was the air-conditioning definitely needs work, upstairs gets very warm!

Great family time.
We enjoyed the property and location. Everything you needed was at the home including beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a game changer. With the 2 little one we had with us it was perfect for them. Will be staying again soon.

Great beach house
Cozy, clean beach house with plenty of room for two families. Location is great, just across the street from the beach and walkable to grocery store, mini golf and restaurants. Loved hanging out in the backyard in the evening and enjoyed the brand new hot tub.

Perfect for family beach stay! George was kind and helped out so much just by reminding us that it was scheduled to be chilly the week we were there and that we could have the pool heated. The kids (littles and teens) spent a good portion of their time there.

We came in off season so the town was pretty quiet, but location was great. We walked to the beach most days. Kitchen had what we needed, and everything was in working order. The pool was still closed for winter but looked like it would be great in warmer weather.

George's property is just as shown in the pictures and as stated in the listing. We had a wonderful out-of-season stay--as it was February. If you look from either front balcony, you have a great view of the ocean. The location is convenient to pretty much everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place
Great location. Easy access to the beach right across the street. Right next to a restaurant that has really good food. Just a mile walk on the beach to the pier to fish or just watch others fish. Road is a little busy, but not distracting. We saw a whale, some dolphins and some sting rays (by the pier) while we were down there. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Choice
The property was everything we expected. We loved the Betsy's pool, hot tub and it was a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. All adults and everyone had plenty of room. We cooked in the kitchen and used the screened in porch for meals. Thank you George for being a great host.

Perfect location and a pool!!
We enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to stay longer! The location was perfect with Goombay's right next door (we ate there a few times) and the beach just a short walk across the street without any sand dunes to cross over which was important to us because of my dad. There was even parking on the access road if you want to load up the car for a day at the beach. We spent a lot of time floating in the very clean salt water pool or soaking at night in the brand new hot tub. George was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I really hope we can stay again! Best beach vacation yet 😊

Nice getaway
Close to the beach. As described. Heated pool was nice for the kids in the cooler weather. Hot tub was nice. Bar area and mini frig came in handy. Family enjoyed the Bluetooth radio by the pool. Very spacious for a family of four. House can definitely fit four adults and four kids. No problem. Hope to stay again soon.
