Welcome to OBX Life IV! Thinking about your OBX Vacation? This house will check off all the boxes on everyone's want list! Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this large house has 3 spacious floors: 1 Upper level features master bedroom with ensuite, screened balcony, and sunrise ocean views! Mid level features two king rooms with private baths, one queen room with private bath, and an open area twin bunk bed with a half-bath. Lower level features a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunkbeds. Lower level bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hall. Total of 6 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. Wait, is three floors too much to climb or carry all your groceries? Well, we have an ELEVATOR that stops on all three floors so unloading is a breeze! Relax in your private pool and hot tub, and enjoy the outdoor shower! The lower level boasts a game room with mini kitchen--microwave, full size refrigerator with ice maker, and wet bar. Ocean views from the numerous decks, screened-in porch, and 2nd-floor master bedrooms and upstairs master bedroom suite. Put your toes in the sand it is only a 300-foot walk to the lifeguarded beach access. Two sets of washers and dryers located on the 1st and 2nd floor. The downstairs game room is perfect for the kids and adults alike with a foosball table and Roku TV. Every room has TV's, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the entire house and pool area. The main gathering area on the top floor is spacious and has, decks on both sides, and a large kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. Here is the best part if you do not feel like cooking well keep the car in the driveway! You can walk to several voted best on the beach restaurants. Here is a shortlist of what you can walk to. We are excited to have your family and friends share this house and make memories. We own and manage all of our properties for over 14 years. We know what our guests ask for and we try and do our best to offer what you want with the amenities in our houses. The house is equipped with the following standard amenities: A/C & Heat, television, internet service, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, can opener, assorted glassware, furniture, appliances, brooms, and vacuums. Houses should have bedspreads and pillows. You must furnish your own paper products and cleaning supplies. Wood/pellet outside grill.
