Great Property
The property and house were great but we were unable to access the pool. I contacted Vacasa several times and they were unable to accommodate and the HOA pool attendant was very rude.

The hot tub was new and great. Happened to see the spa people and they answered our questions gladly. We were happy to see an outside shower as that was not in the amenities! The community pool, harbour park and playground picnic area were outstanding! The people were so friendly and informative. The neighbors were so kind to us as renters as well. The outdoor deck area with table by the canal dock area is so nice. The kitchen was well stocked with great Corelle dishes and plenty of cookware. Everything worked well for us except the door lock. It has issues. We worked it out but really tricky

2024 Summer Vacation
When we arrived we noticed the walls in two rooms were dirty. The master bathroom had some questionable substance close to the toilet on two walls. In the bedroom that is closest to the living room there were two dried mucous/boogers on the wall. I can provide pics if needed. I cleaned the dried mucous off the bedroom wall but didn't want to touch the walls in the bathroom. I wasn't sure if it was blood or fecal matter. Otherwise the house was pretty clean.

Serenity by the Sound
Absolutely beautiful serene location. I picked this home because we rented a home a few houses down 3 yrs ago and saw it was in same neighborhood. We wanted to be near a body of water yet be affordable and only a 10 minute drive to the main road. Definitely a keeper!
