Broadbay Getaway Your Next Best Vacation Ever

Great 3-bedroom canal front house located on the Outer Banks of NC. Only four miles to the beach with a bathhouse. The house is in a private gated community, and has one King, and two Queens. Fabulous great outdoor deck, with a charcoal grill overlooking the canal. Amenities include community pool, and tennis court privileges. We also have two kayaks, and a paddle boat for your use. Also included is Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Great relaxing weekend get away
Lovely house a lot of amenities. Beautiful view. After visiting for 30 years, it was our first time staying on the sound side. It was great, we will be returning. Beach access at end of the road was easily accessible and nice.

I was slightly worried bc there were only a few pictures, but the place was adorable and perfect for us! We really enjoyed the dock at night, and the restaurants on the island were easy and yummy - great location!

Family came to OBX for a wedding & LOVED this house rental! Clean, safe, gated neighborhood & kind neighbors. Virginia was excellent communicator & anticipated our needs. Kitchen was nicely stocked & had a nice table for us to eat/play games. Dock was fun for my kids to fish & kayak’s AWESOME!! Would definitely come again. Thank you!

This trip meant a lot to me I wanted to treat my nana to a vacation and it was my first vacation with her. OBX is a second home to me and this location was so sweet and relaxing. I fell in love instantly and i fell in love with the area.

Fantastic 2nd Year Stay
We had another great stay here for the second year in a row. Being off the beaten path with a private beach and pool just can’t be beat! The kids love fishing off the dock and being able to launch our paddle boards right from the house is great. Virginia is a great host and quick to answer if you ever have a question.

Wonderful house with everything we needed! We loved birdwatching on the porch, playing yard games, and enjoying the water. How considerate of Virginia to keep us apprised of the coming storms over the weekend. We look forward to staying here during all of our OBX weeks.

My family and girlfriend had a great time here. We kayaked, paddleboarded, fished, and crabbed into the night. Almost ran the neighbor’s daughter over because she was sitting in the middle of the road at 10pm at night, so watch out for stray teenagers!

Wonderful time in OBX
Accurate property description, delightful home in a wonderful neighborhood, and very responsive owner communications. Perfect sized home for a family of 4-6, loved sunny mornings on the deck facing the water, and the ease of getting in and out of the community which always had a staffed member at the gate. Conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shopping, the Wright Brothers Monument and more. Had a wonderful time - thank you!
