Outdoor living will be a delight with a main level sun deck and a covered ground level complete with tiki bar and rec room. This fabulous entertainment space includes a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table for friendly competition with loved ones. Upstairs, upgrades include a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous ocean-inspired glass backsplash. You'll also find renovated bathrooms with custom ceramic tile work, including an ensuite bath with luxurious walk-in shower. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring runs throughout the entirety of this pet-friendly home - ideal for sandy feet and paws returning from the beach. The open-concept layout in the great room allows for socializing and quality time spent together, even while preparing meals in the kitchen. This comfortably furnished gathering space boasts vaulted ceilings and custom wainscoting for an elevated aesthetic and traditional coastal charm.

Guests who stay at Blue Harbour Haven have access to all of the exclusive amenities of Colington Harbour. This gated community offers a variety of amenities the entire family will enjoy, including a a community pool, tennis court, and a soundside park with beach, playground and picnic area. There's also a boat ramp where you can launch kayaks and paddleboards and explore the splendor of the Harbour via the numerous canals. When you're ready to hit the beach, hop in the car and take a ten-minute drive to the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access which includes a bath house and plenty of free parking.

Can’t stay an entire week? Blue Harbour Haven is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Avoid the weekend traffic by choosing any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The stay
The bathrooms were disgusting, hair all over the floors in the shower. There was a bunch of poison ivy and the bugs were horrible that you couldn't sit outside at night.
