The man dealing with us on check in was so so kind and chatty, we had arranged early check in prior to our stay and this was absolutely no problem which was great. "Everything was great. I did not realize this was a B and B when I originally booked this stay so to say it was perfect is an understatement. We arrived late after delays and 35 hours of travel and were welcomed with great hospitality.. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the bed was so comfortable. It is a short drive to all the things in Kilkenny. I would highly recommend. "

"From the moment we arrived we were very impressed with this hotel, grounds and surroundings. From the friendly doorman to Dermot the concierge who took our bags, ordered our taxis etc, to the lovely receptionists and that was before we took in the beautiful decor, comfort and layout of bars and restaurants and before we got to our bedroom which was more like a suite as was huge with a lovely view of the estate. The food was excellent and it was lovely to chill in the little bar area at reception where they have a musician at the weekends. The pool area was lovely too and the whole place is spotless. It's rare to find such a place where everything was perfect from start to finish and we can't wait to go back and stay for longer!"
