I would have preferred a choice of one course as I arrived late. Breakfast was plentiful. I had eggs marine which was delicious. Definitely a great stay"

"This is one of those special places that is worth the trek. Once you step foot into the front door it feels as if you’ve stepped back into a different time. "I loved the remoteness of this wee cottage. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, with lots of lovely walks, then this is ideal. The cottage is powered by a generator, which you can hear but soon get used to. Make sure you bring everything you need, it’s a fair trek to the nearest shop! My dog ran around the forest all day long and slept all night and I chilled out with a glass or two of wine. I hope to visit again in the not too distant future."
