The house features 4 bedrooms - 1 king with ensuite, 2 queens, 2 king singles and 2 beautiful family bathrooms, all perfectly tucked away from the living and kitchen areas.
Take the stairs up to the kitchen and you are greeted with an entertainers delight in every sense and being well equipped, it is a pleasure to cook during your stay. The open plan design includes the living area with a large smart TV and a large balcony to appreciate the view. There is an 8m mineral lap pool (heated for summer months - currently being landscaped and available from October) and a pet friendly fully enclosed garden - small dogs only please (no cats). The home also has reverse cycle heating and cooling in the main bedroom and living areas upstairs and downstairs. Heated bathroom floors. Fan and heater in every room if required, so you are cool in summer and cosy in winter. Ceiling Fans available in bedrooms.
Shelley Beach Retreat is a 5 mins walk to the local cafe's, local produce store, Ocean View pub, skate park and playgrounds in Kilcunda and 12 kms of stunning beaches, Bass Coast Rail Trail walk and bike paths. Shelley Beach Retreat is an easy 10 minutes' drive to Phillip Island and onto the Penguin Parade, Grand Prix Circuit and Phillip Island Go Karts and 20 minutes to Inverloch and coastal towns.

Bathroom arrangement- Upstairs is ensuite with bath, shower and toilet. Also upstairs is a separate toilet off the living area. Downstairs is a family bathroom with bath & shower, separate toilet and third shower in laundry/mud room which has a door to the outside/pool area. There is also an outdoor shower. Pet are to be washed outside only.
This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is registered as short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. We are available by phone and email. Office hours are 9am -5pm for and we regularly check emails and messages after hours.
Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam/junk folder for information and instructions about your booking. Christmas week and January is a 3pm check in only.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.
