"Cottage was home from home, spotless and had everything we needed. Fiona and David were very welcoming and gave us ideas where to visit. The outdoor seating area by the water was idyllic. Cottage was in a good location easy walking distance to Balloch and small supermarket nearby. Would definitely stay again"

"The property is lovely, and the owner very resposive when light switch disintigrated. It was a shame the dishwasher program didnt work, the fire alarm fell from the ceiling and the tv was too old to take any form of digital equipment, nor did the dvd function work. Otherwise the cottage is lovely in a pretty spot The foul weather made tv more important I guess. It shortened our stay by half. "Great little property, feels very private, has everything you need plus amazing views and a beautiful area to explore on the doorstep. Very kind thoughtful hosts. The steps up to it are not for the faint-hearted.. be careful.! No other access. Really loved wee Arthur and will recommend! And hopefully return!"

"Wonderful place! Very clean, very well appointed, lots of storage, very roomy. The flat is only a block away from a Sainsbury's, the #15 and #4 bus routes, as well as The Drake pub (excellent Sunday roast!), FF (delicious steaks), and other eateries. Charming!"

"Had a brilliant time staying in this lovely property. Everything was there that was needed for our stay along with a lovely welcome basket when we arrived. It is very peaceful and still missing the great views of the Loch and countryside whilst sitting on the deck. We also did the trail biking during our stay which we all thoroughly enjoyed. "This is an amazing place to stay. The Coachhouse is enormous as are its rooms and common areas. It's tucked away on an old estate and it was a little difficult to tell if we were in the right place. We had to confirm where to go and get some help from Liz on how to get in. But once we were there, it was an incredibly beautiful place to stay. There are so many great things we could say about it.
